Heart Shaped Candle using Sand Wax

Hello friends. I hope you’re doing well. We’re under a deep freeze here and I’m feeling so grateful to have a warm and cozy home.
During these long winter months is so important to add warmth to your home and candles are the best way to achieve that.
I made this heart shaped candle using sand wax and I love it.

have you ever heard of sand wax? it’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever purchased. It’s basically very fine wax that you can pour into any vessel and turn into a candle. They sell various types of colours and scents. THIS IS THE ONE I got.

I took this heart shaped wooden bowl to make a Valentine’s day candle.

And just poured some of the wax into the heart.

It comes with several wicks and you simply cut them to size and place them into the sand.

And that’s it. You light them as usual. Once you’re done, you can blow them off, wait for them to cool down and then remove the wick and start over.

I can’t wait to go the thrift store and find a beautiful vessel to convert into another candle.
